How to use ? - Biogas plant

  • Step 1

Close one side of the carton with adhesive tape. Turn the carton over and cut two of the small sides of the carton as directed. Unfold the flap thus formed forward.

  • Step 2

Unfold the carton as directed and secure the unkempt elements with adhesive tape. Cut the two edges diagonally as directed.

Fold the front flap inside and glue it into place with double-sided adhesive.

  • Step 3

Print and paste the image of the background on the base of the cardboard (to download under chablons/plans).

  • Step 4

Download the page with the models of buildings under chablons/plans. Print this page on bristol paper.

    Coloring, cutting and folding buildings.

Glue the flaps to form 2 houses and 1 factory.

For the large building and the factory, cut their roofs in a brown cardboard remnant to the size of the chablons below.

Glue the roofs on the top flaps of buildings to form sorts of 'lids'.

  • Step 5

With a large punch make a hole in the roof of the factory. With a remnant of bristol, create a small tube as a chimney and stick it into the hole. Cut the scraping part of the sponge to form the smoke and stick it into the tube.

  • Step 6

Break small pieces of agile balls and cut small pieces of green sponge. With universal glue, stick everything in the matchbox.

  • Step 7

In the small plastic tray put potting soil and a few graînes on top, then water lightly.

  • Step 8

Draw a dormant (digesting) face on the tip of the tube.

Color with black marker 2/3 of the small glass and place inside a small circle covered with black to give the illusion that the glass contains liquid.

Cut out two circles in the green paper. One of 5cm and the other of 13cm diameter. Cut a slot to the center of the circles, fold and glue them to form two hats. Write on the large 'Digester' and on the small 'Digesta'. Attach the caps to the end of the tube and to the small glass with adhesive tape to form a 'hinge' allowing the caps to be raised.

  • Step 9

Draw on bristol paper and then cut out small farm animals with a foldable flap underneath so they stand upright.

  • Step 10

Attach a gray pad to an eyelet to form an electrical pylon. Pass a small wire as an arm. Attach two wires that will be connected to the heat-force plant and the houses.

  • Step 11
